I usually leave everyone alone and let them get on with it.
Example: parents f-ing and blinding at each other and me… Go in bedroom and stay there.
Not quite sure what you’d do with it being at work though. Actually I have had it happen once I stood up for myself and she apologised.

Usually I can’t suppress my irritation, so it turns into anger and then I start yelling. :\ I’m pretty good at speaking my mind calmly if I don’t let it get that far though.
Annie: Sometimes it’s just better to let it out.
